Mysuru – Builders Association of India (BAI) Mysore-Blue Sand Award for construction excellence was distributed at a ceremony organised by BAI Mysore Centre along with Sri Balaji Blue Sand Industries. The event was followed by a farewell for outgoing Chairman N. Subramanya and his team. The Award encourages best practices and innovative technologies in construction. The award was distributed under nine construction categories like residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, monuments, eco-friendly construction, apartments, etc. Scion of Mysore Royal family Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar was the chief guest, who was accompanied by his wife Trishikha Devi Wadiyar. R. Guru, Chairman of NR Group, was the guest of honour. Partners of Sri Balaji Blue Sand Industries M.C Mallikarjun and Bapuji graced the occasion. N.Subramanya welcomed the gathering. Past State Chairman of BAI M.S. Nandakumar briefed about the award function. Sharanya rendered invocation. BAI Hon. Secretary B.S. Dinesh proposed a vote of thanks.
